Individual Application for Non-CBOE TPH:
All applications for new Trading Privilege Holder individuals must be submitted to the Registration Services Department and will be processed on a rolling basis. The application process generally takes 3 – 4 weeks provided that all required documents have been submitted.
The Following Items are Needed at the Time of Submission:
- Individual Trading Privilege Holder Application and Fee ($500)
- Documentation Evidencing Authorization to Work in the U.S. (i.e., U.S. Passport or a Foreign Passport (if the applicant is not authorized to work in the U.S.))
- National Futures Association Form 8-R, Pages 12 – 21 • Security Futures Market Maker and Dealer Registration Form (if applicable)
